After ordering your NTS report, you will receive an email from noreply@ntsid.com with mailing instructions. Please carefully fold your sample, include your printed order number, and place everything into a package to mail to NTS. 


If you complete your order and do not receive an email, please look in your "Spam Folder" and/or send us an email at info@ntsid.com

Yes, NTS is an independent third-party reporting company. 

Each NTS report is custom-built for the specific sample you're looking to identify at the corresponding address and will include photos of the shingles.  Adding all applicable information to each NTS report including customer information, property address, policy information, etc. helps make the report even stronger.

NTS will perform color analysis on current/available shingles by request. Please send all requests to info@ntsid.com

NTS performs identification and reporting for asphalt shingles. No other materials are accepted at this time.
