NTS is excited to offer its customers a new app named NTS PLUS+. For a limited time, NTS PLUS+ is available FREE to all NTS Report Subscribers. Included with the NTS PLUS is NTS Academy; a comprehensive library of training and instructional videos developed specifically for roofing professionals and independent insurance adjusters. As well as NTS Library, a full library of manufacture documentations and letters. 

The NTS Customer app has four major functions.

1. Provides NTS customers with on-line access to the NTS training and instructional videos in NTS Academy

2. Allows customers to make Digital Submissions for Laminate shingles. This feature is designed to save customers time and money.

3. Allows customers to have immediate on-line access to all their NTS orders, including completed reports.

4. Access to NTS’s comprehensive library of shingle manufacturers’ documents, warranties and letters

Once subscribed, customers will receive an e-mail invitation to the NTS Customer AppSheet Application. The application can be accessed from an app running on an Apple or Android smart phone or tablet. The app can also be accessed through a Chrome browser running on any laptop or desktop computer. Customers will log into the application with the email address used to order NTS reports at pro.ntsid.com. Customers will log in using a third-party secure website, such as Google, Microsoft or Apple, with that email address and their password.

Once in the NTS Customer App you will see all your NTS orders in the “My Orders” tab and any orders available for digital submissions in the “Digital Submissions” tab. Digital submissions are currently only available for laminate shingles (NO 3 TABS).

Step 1. Order your report from pro.ntsid.com or the NTS App

Step 3. Within 24 hours of playing an order, your new orders will show up in the NTS Customer app

Step 4. Take all the required shingle photos using the camera on your phone or tablet. 

Step 5. When your report is completed, you will receive the report via email. The completed report will also be available under the My Orders tab of the NTS Customer app.

After subscribing you will receive an app invite. Log into this app with the email you use to order NTS Reports following the instructions listed below.

• Why am I not seeing my current order in the NTS Customer App?
  • You will see your newest order in the NTS Customer App within 24 hours of ordering the report at pro.ntsid.com. 
• What if I really need that order updated ASAP so I can submit photos?
  • Take the required photos on your phone and upload them into the app later once that report becomes available.
• My order says “Approved” where’s my report?
  • You may see your report as “Approved” in the Customer App. This means the NTS technicians has ID’d your shingle and the technicians are working on completing your report. You should receive your completed NTS Report via email soon. Email info@ntsid.com with any questions
• Why are the NTS University videos not playing in the app on my iPhone?
  • This is a known problem with Apple devices playing embedded YouTube videos. The Google AppSheet and Apple developers are working on correcting the problem. NTS provides the URL to the Youtube videos in the app. Clicking on the URL link will launch the videos in the browser on your iPhone, where you can watch them just like any other YouTube video.
