Order Your NTS Report 

After completing your order, you will receive an email from noreply@ntsid.com with mailing instructions. Print this email to include in package.

You will need;

• Large Cardboard box
• Packing Tape
• Box cutter
• Printed shipping instructions
• Stapler 

Cut box in half to create a shingle taco.

Staple shipping instructions to sample and place in box.

This is very important when sending multiple samples in one box!

Fold box flat with sample and shipping instructions enclosed.
